Kentucky Govt. Files Lawsuit Against Polymarket, Kalshi Over “Illegal” Sports Betting

The Kentucky government has joined other U.S. states in suing prediction market operators for providing illegal sports betting in the state. It has sued both Kalshi and Polymarket for allegedly doing
